Don’t Deny Your Partner

Don’t ever deny your Partner the right to be who God created him/her to be. To do so is cruel and unusual punishment. Just as you want to be yourself and “do you,” so, too, does your spouse. As long as your spouse’s actions aren’t sinful, back off give him/her some space. After all, before too long, you, too, will be wanting that same space to be who you are. This statement is so true for me, for those of you who know me personally...knows that I am the biggest cheerleader for my partner. Just imagine if Michelle had stop Barack from running for the presidency, Jada for not supporting Will and all his box office movies (Wild Wild West doesn't count), Coretta for not allowing Martin to have a Dream or Marching. Believe in your Partner. This is harder than it sounds. As you got to know your spouse, you began to see something inside him or her that set him apart from all others.
